Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a trainee operator to join the team at our Auckland Ice Cream plant in East Tamaki. You will be reporting to the Production Supervisor
We are looking for a Trainee Tunnel Operator to join our night shift (15:15 - 23:45)
As a Trainee Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Learning what it takes to be a fully-fledged Operator
- Day to day production activities
- Completing all required documentation
- Carrying out equipment and environment cleaning
- Complying with Talley’s Food and Health & Safety policies
- Upskilling to take you up to the next level
Qualifications
FOR THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED:
- Ability to read and write English, and communicate clearly
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Ambition to grow within an organization
- Self-starter able to use initiative
- Evidence of promotions/career progression in previous roles would be advantageous
