DHL Global Forwarding, Norway is looking for a Trainee Perishables - Airfreight. You are motivated by an international environment, in which you are expected to achieve your goals in close collaboration with your colleagues throughout the region on a daily basis.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your primary responsibilities as Trainee Perishables Airfreight at DHL Global Forwarding Norway will be to:

• Ensure handling of required Export documents according to regulations and internal procedures in close cooperation with our Operational & Sales Team.
• Ensure a high level of Customer Service. Create, build and maintain excellent relationship with Customers.
• Weekly freight billing, invoicing and financial controlling for our Perishables department.
• Ensure customer requirements are met and take corrective actions in case of deviations from customer requirements.
• This position requires both day shifts and night shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Our ideal candidate (preferably) has:

• Results driven and attention to details
• Background in logistics, finance & marketing, both practical and theoretical, are a plus.
