JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Trainee Sales Consultant at Prosegur Change, your role is crucial in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction within the foreign exchange industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• The buying and selling of foreign currencies.
• Money transfers (Western Union).
• Credit card advances, Tax Refunds and much more.

Requirements:

• You must have previous Retail or Customer Service Experience
• You must have excellent communication skills and be able to negotiate and build a rapport with customers by helping them understand their foreign currency needs.
• The ideal candidate will have a flair for sales and can promote our products and services whilst working towards and achieving targets.
• The role will suit someone self-motivated, has an energetic attitude, and can adhere to procedures.

Working Hours:

• 40 hours per week 5 out of 7 days, flexible hours, including weekend, evenings, and night shifts.
