Valmet is seeking: 1 Trainee, Sales Support for Paper Business Line
Location: Ab Abu Dhabi, Al Zahiya, Makeen tower
Contract: 1-year temporary contract.
The selected candidate will join the South Europe, Middle East, and Africa Trainee program, providing an excellent opportunity to network with graduates from various countries.
The trainee’s objective: to provide back-office and sales support to the local sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Following up on the quotation of PDS (Paper Daily Spares) for local customers.
  • Organizing business visits with local customers.
  • Conducting market analysis to understand the behavior of our customers.
  • Supporting local and international colleagues in following up on logistic and transportation internal procedures.
  • Assisting the local team in various back-office procedures, such as paperwork for shipments, registering and informing the team regarding mills’ information.
  • Supporting our product sales managers in the temporary export of their technical instrumentation when necessary, during their travels.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid VISA to work in the Emirates.
  • Background either in business administration or mechanical engineering.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Graduated in 2023/2024.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Preferably experience with ERP systems.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team.
  • Autonomy and proactivity.
