DESCRIPTION:

This opportunity is ideal for a customer-focused Trainee Service Advisor who can deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity and a chance to further your career in the motor industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Provide excellent after sales support to dealership customers in a polite, friendly and professional manner equal to that expected by the manufacturer.
• Book customer service orders using dealership booking system software.
• Build rapport and relationships with existing and potential customers, with the aim of growing and developing service department revenue and dealership products and services.
• Ensure technical repair operations are communicated to customers in a manner which can be easily understood.
• Maintain company reputation and credibility at all times through ethical practices and procedures when dealing with customers.
• Show empathy and work towards mutual resolutions with customers at all times while maintaining an unwavering commitment to policies and procedures.
• Arrange vehicle bookings both inbound and outbound
• Co-ordinate repairs with technical team and client
