Job Summary: As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets through the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies. You will leverage your expertise in direct marketing and business development to cultivate relationships with clients, identify new opportunities for revenue generation, and drive customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of the sports psychology industry, exceptional leadership skills, and keen to expand our company in a fast pace environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximise profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with clients, and partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including direct marketing, and finance, to execute integrated sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analyse direct market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and theoretical practices,
