IT IS ALSO DESIRABLE THAT THE SUCCESSFUL INCUMBENT WILL HOLD AND / OR BE WILLING TO OBTAIN THE FOLLOWING LICENCES / QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• HR Drivers Licence Endorsement
• End Loader Competence
• KMX12T Tamper Competence
• Ballast Regulator Competence
  Training for this role will begin on the tamping machines and will progress across all resurfacing machines (Regulator, Run and Load Ballast, Non-Computerised and Computerised Tampers).
  You will be a person who is comfortable with working in a continuous improvement environment, and you will: be driven by systems; be team-orientated; have a positive attitude; have effective communication skills; and be focused on internal customer service.
