Are you looking to excel in your career? Barminco have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Underground Trainer / Training Coordinator to join the team. This is a site based role on an 8:6 roster.
This purpose of this role is to support the operational leadership teams on site with the successful delivery of training initiatives. Ensure training strategies and development paths are being followed by Barminco employees and continuously improve onsite training and compliances. This is a site based role on an 8:6 roster.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Underground Mining
  • Underground operational knowledge
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite
  • Training and Assessing - Certificate IV
