Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Trainer and Assessor will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to students enrolled in the Diploma of Nursing program. The role involves planning and conducting training sessions, developing learning materials, and assessing student performance in both theoretical and practical components of the course.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver and assess accredited training programs in the Diploma of Nursing.
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to engage students.
  • Provide support and guidance to students to achieve their educational goals.
  • Ensure training delivery meets the standards of the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment outcomes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes to enhance the quality of training and assessment.
  • Collaborate with clinical placement providers to ensure effective practical training.
