Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Trainer to join our amazing CTM Government team. If you have exceptional client service skills and enjoy a good work life balance this is for you!
A typical day will see you facilitating training for our consultants on a range of programs from New Starters, Upskilling, Fare Knowledge and Construction, Ticketing, Hotels, Soft Skills and more.
You will need to be task oriented and comfortable working with a range of skill levels, different learning needs and styles on a variety of different topics and systems - both remotely and face to face. As we are a National business, domestic travel may also be required.
