KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Previous experience of criminal investigations.
Minimum PIP level 2 accreditation.
Background in the Training environment.
Hold a Level 4 Teaching qualification or be prepared to work towards achieving that.
Communication skills.
Responsibilities:
To provide specialist crime training to PIP2 investigators across various crime training programmes, develop and train new investigators as well as continuous professional development of trained investigators. A variety of work and courses to manage including a PIP2 course, VRI, Op Soteria, STO courses and PIP2 tutor courses. Design training and lesson plans to provide staff with he best possible training.
