Responsibilities:

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Trainer I is responsible for supporting training programs and courses for internal contact center professionals; this includes both training delivery, training content updates, and administrative responsibilities. A Trainer I primarily focuses on the entry-level training delivery portfolio (e.g. new hire training), and performs administrative duties which include content updates, Loopback session facilitation, maintaining documentation, and maintaining training schedules.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Trains and supports internal contact center professionals on DaVita’s software and process as well as external applications and tools (live & virtual settings).
  • Coordinates and delivers loopback sessions
  • Organizes and conducts content audits to keep content up to date & provides development assistance to Trainer II
  • Performs administrative duties including but not limited to: Process documentation, SharePoint maintenance, Content updates and creation
  • Creates and maintains the new hire training schedules; maintains tracking and checklists.
