QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (software, mechanics, mechanical design) or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of offline sheet metal processing software is useful, or you are willing to deepen your knowledge in this area.

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

Our software applications, along with our sheet metal processing machines, help our customers increase the productivity and efficiency of their production. As an Application Software Trainer, you play an essential role in transferring knowledge and skills to both internal employees and customers. This helps customers make optimal use of our products. Additionally, you contribute to the professional development of others and help build the reputation of LVD.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You provide training on our own LVD software applications to customers and internal employees in Dutch / English /…
  • You demonstrate the capabilities of the software on real machines and real parts.
  • Together with the design team, you develop didactic materials such as presentations, manuals, and exercises.
  • You test the new software versions together with the design team.
  • You ensure that the training materials remain up-to-date.
  • You evaluate training needs and adjust the training program if necessary.
  • You prepare training sessions based on specific customer needs.
  • Occasionally, you provide training at the customer’s site.
  • In the absence of a colleague, you occasionally provide a basic demonstration of our software to our customers.
