CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Grade 12
• Bachelors Degree Advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).
• Must have professional language, communication, and organisational skills.
• Have the ability to deal with sensitive information on a confidential basis.
• Must have relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Have the ability to work on Mac and PC.
• This role offers flexibility, and working from home is available after probation period.

PURPOSE OF ROLE

This role primarily supports the Team Leader in planning, coordinating and executing training programs aimed at an internal and external audience. The candidate will work closely with external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of e-learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a willingness to embrace new e-learning tools and methodologies.
