Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to continuing growth and development, Civeo has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Training Advisor to join our team in Perth head office. Working 5 days on and 2 days off roster, this leadership role is about leading and developing our Training and Onboarding teams onsite to enable them to deliver quality service across our sites. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the HSQE Manager Training & Systems and CIS Operational leaders in delivering high quality training and onboarding services
  • Lead a team of dedicated Training and Onboarding Coordinators to implement the Civeo soft landing program and training processes
  • Conduct analysis on training requirements to maintain compliance with Civeo and client training requirements
  • Facilitate training and onboarding initiatives within portfolio of responsibility
  • Support the development of training plans for each operational site in line with identified training requirements
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation to enhance the training and onboarding experience of our frontline team

ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 + years’ experience, as a Trainer, ideally within a Fly In Fly Out environment
  • Formal Qualification in Training and Assessment – Minimum Certificate IV TAE
  • Based in Perth and able to fly in and out to visit sites as needed
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated capability in leading a team
  • Proven ability to manage competing deadlines in an effective and efficient way
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills with all levels of the business
  • Strong administrative skills, including moderate-advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Police Clearance less than 6 months old
