You will be working as a Training Advisor in our Armidale office. In this role you will use your life experience to deliver training in a fun and practical way that connects with a diverse audience. You will engage with participants to help them identify their strengths and capabilities and support them to develop the skills and behaviours to become ‘job-ready’ and obtain employment. This is done through facilitation of targeted training and workshops and provision of assistance with resume preparation and the career transition process.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

No qualifications or prior experience necessary. We are looking for a confident facilitator with the ability to connect and engage with diverse groups in an empathetic, motivating and encouraging way. All you need is the right attitude, a desire to help others, and the desire to achieve – we will provide the rest!
