The Training and Change Officer provides operational, change management, instructional and business support to the Business Systems Support Section, actively working as a team member to achieve Section and Divisional objectives.

OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete system administrative work including the maintenance of two applications (ViziRail and ITOPS).
• Be involved in system testing and assist in maintaining auditing requirements.
• Manage outlook and answer phone call/email queries from a wide range of areas in the business.
• Review security reporting and update user access.
• Create training information such as “how to” guides.
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures to ensure the team operates effectively and efficiently.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

• High level knowledge of MS office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Attention to detail and solutions focused.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable to change.
• Knowledge of railways, having a training background and/or previous experience with ViziRail and/or ITOPS is advantageous but not essential.
