TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

We are a fast moving organisation with sites across Australia looking for enthusiastic people with an outgoing personality to become full time members of our Customer Service Team.
You must possess excellent written and verbal communication, customer service skills, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and have the ability to multi-task.
Your main focus will be managing staff and resolving escalated customer service inquiries, as well and liaising with the Despatch team.
