WHAT ARE THE KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES?

Organizational Development: Collaborate with HR and leadership to assess needs, design talent strategies, and advise on best practices. Identify skill gaps, create targeted training, and support change initiatives.

  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Build strong ties with stakeholders, ensuring innovative training strategies align with organizational goals.
  • Instructional Design: Work with experts to create engaging training materials, track training plans, and coordinate deployment.
  • Training Content Creation: Develop or source high-quality content, ensure relevance, and manage EBH University content.
  • Competencies: Implement performance-based training, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Onboarding: Assist in enhancing the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Delivering Training: Conduct workshops and learning experiences fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Training Analytics & Reporting: Analyze organizational development, generate talent metrics reports and research industry trends.
  • Contract Management: Review and negotiate external contracts, obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Engaging Educational Institutions & Sourcing: Network with educational institutions for partnerships.
  • Quality Control & Administration: Ensure accurate documentation of training programs and materials, reviewing annually for relevance and compliance.
  • HR-Related Tasks and Projects: Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives, suggesting improvements and supporting talent development.
  • Other Duties: Assist HR or Leadership as needed to meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Relevant post-secondary education in HR, Organizational Development, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of progressive training experience.
  • Certification (e.g., CTDP, CPLP, CTP) is advantageous.
  • Advanced knowledge of HR/organizational development concepts and modern training methodologies.
  • Proficient in MS 365 tools and training technologies.
  • Expertise in instructional design, adult learning, and LMS use.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical abilities.
  • Strategic partnership and relationship building with a focus on diversity.
  • Creative thinking emphasizing talent development strategies.
  • Strong consultative, influencing, and people-oriented skills.
  • High drive, discipline, emotional intelligence, and integrity.
  • Transport availability for potential travel based on training needs.
