Description:

INTRODUCTION:

Bamara is looking for a Training and Program Manager who will be responsible for the overall success of our RTO and the Australian Apprenticeship Support Services (AASS) division . This role will ensure Bamara fulfils internal revenue and service targets as well as, contractual and other statutory requirements for the provision of Australian Apprenticeship Support Services within the state of NSW.
This leadership role is required to demonstrate an understanding of RTO operations such as business development, financial management, marketing and people management to motivate teams to achieve and exceed Australian Apprenticeship Support Services Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as set by Bamara and The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR).
This role is permanent full time and can be based anywhere in NSW with the ability to travel when required throughout the state.

  • Ideally you will have experience in a similar role within the industry
  • High level of computer literacy
  • High level leadership and financial acumen with demonstrated understanding of business process development and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, able to develop positive and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the national leadership team, to increase market share.
  • Strong ability to actively manage relationships with stakeholders to achieve sustained success.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, motivate and manage teams to achieve organisational goals, including having difficult conversations and performance management.
  • Demonstrated high-level business development skills and results oriented with a proven track record of successful client acquisition, preferably in the Australian Apprenticeships, broader VET and/or employment industries.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies with senior management
  • Achieving or surpassing Training Contract Commencement KPIs
  • Ability to stay up-to-date and ensure compliance with all Australian Apprenticeship guidelines.
  • Successful candidates must pass a police check and also have a current Working with Children’s Check.
