Description:

Seeking a Training Business Manager to oversee training strategies, systems and processes, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree in Adult & Vocational Education or Business Management OR equivalent demonstrated experience.

Responsibilities:

We are currently recruiting for a Training Business Manager within our People & safety Division. This role will be based within the Essential Energy footprint with the ability to work from home in a hybrid work environment.
The Training Business Manager oversees the development, implementation, and performance of training strategies, systems, and processes. This role ensures operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include managing training records, policies, and procedures, upholding RTO registration, and leading the training support team. The manager will also handle procurement, contract management, and stakeholder relationships to ensure the success of training programs.
