Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Training Consultant to join our growing Atlantic Casualty team!
This opportunity can be based in any of the following Atlantic Canada Intact offices: Dartmouth NS/Dieppe NB/St John’s NL.

WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE:

  • Design, develop and facilitate various training initiatives and programs relating to process and workflow changes, Closed File Review and Interval File Review
  • Plan and process system access requests and develop training modules to support system learning and support for new hires and existing team members
  • Collaborate with management to develop and deliver onboarding training materials, oversee scheduling and overall execution of the onboarding experience
  • Develop a continuing education library of training modules
  • Organize and coordinate training sessions for team members online or in virtual classes.
  • Attend meetings, work collaboratively with key partners and other stakeholders as required
  • Support regional project management needs
  • Act as an advisory resource for management team
