DESCRIPTION:
What Awaits You…
As a Training Content Writer, you’ll be responsible for crafting engaging content for e-learning and instructor-facilitated courses and ensuring existing content is fresh and aligned with current learning outcomes. Your experience within or alongside employment service organisations and regulations will enhance learning experiences for our CoAct staff and Service Partners.
You’ll share insights, update learning modules, and drive improvements in learning outcomes, aligning with our business goals and L&D team project requirements.
Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the quality and accuracy of course content available through our Learning Management System (LMS), empowering our team and partners to excel in their roles.
