Responsibilities:

  • Place orders for external training courses/education with 3rd party vendors
  • Receive vendor invoices and process in MyPayables, working closely with Accounts.
  • Ensure training certificates are received after employee training and are recorded appropriately.
  • Process commitments and claims in the online ECITB portal accurately and on time, according to ECITB processes, to maximise levy recovery
  • Perform routine data input/analysis accurately and efficiently
  • Use web-based platforms such as e3 Learning and the ECITB Membership Service Portal to input/interrogate data
  • Compile reports for the business on training as and when needed
  • Coordinate the twice-yearly Company Sponsored Education application and booking process
  • Manage the complexity introduced by the differing requirements of individual training/education providers, employees, regulatory bodies, external agencies
