Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE;
- Upload competency documentation to relevant internal and external databases
- Generate expiry reports to support timely competency recertification
- Liaise with internal and external key stakeholders including John Holland’s partner RTO
- Liaise with Internal Workplace Trainers to ensure the timely submission of training related paperwork to the RTO.
- Track and record fee for service cost recovery model
- Update training documentation and maintain training calendar
- Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of training to John Holland personnel
- Liaise with relevant HR and People Capability Teams to coordinate the training and medical requirements for all new and existing Rail WA personnel.
- Effective use of computer systems including Success factors, MTA competency management system and ELO to allow for the coordination of training and recording of information
- Use of Workday to ensure purchase orders and invoices are entered correctly in accordance with JH policies and procedures
- Update the Rail Training Intranet and Web page on a periodical basis
- Provide accurate customised quotations to external training Clients.
- Collating accurate data for the internal training charges and submitting to finance for charging
- Ensuring time is recovered from projects where necessary
- Using Power BI to generate reports
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE;
- 2-5 years’ experience in an advanced administrative role
- Administration and document management practices
- Candidate must be proactive and have good time management and organisation skills
- Excel and Word proficient
- Use of databases
