Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a training coordinator, trainer, or similar role.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other training software.
  • Ability to develop training content and materials that are clear and effective.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, and implement training programs and workshops to meet organizational needs.
  • Conduct needs assessments to determine skill gaps and training requirements for employees.
  • Develop training materials, such as presentations, manuals, and handouts, to support training sessions.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue booking, and equipment setup.
  • Facilitate training sessions, ensuring that participants are engaged and learning objectives are met.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys and assessments.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and certifications.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and department heads to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Assist with other HR-related tasks, such as onboarding, employee development, and compliance training.
