Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a training coordinator, trainer, or similar role.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other training software.
- Ability to develop training content and materials that are clear and effective.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and implement training programs and workshops to meet organizational needs.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine skill gaps and training requirements for employees.
- Develop training materials, such as presentations, manuals, and handouts, to support training sessions.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue booking, and equipment setup.
- Facilitate training sessions, ensuring that participants are engaged and learning objectives are met.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys and assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and certifications.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and department heads to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Assist with other HR-related tasks, such as onboarding, employee development, and compliance training.
