REQUIREMENTS FOR A GOOD FIT:
- Studies: Completed degree (Bachelor or Master) in the field of Human Resources, Business administration or a related field (with a focus on Human Resources)
- Work experience: 1-2 years of experience in the area of learning and development (including training coordination, curriculum development, vendor management)
- Skills: Excellent organization and communication skills, ability to multi-task and to prioritize actions, proactive mindset and passion for HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field
- Language skills: Very good knowledge of both German and English (at least at C1 level)*
- Global scale - Table 1 (CEFR 3.3): Common Reference levels (coe.int)
Responsibilities:
- Training offering: Designing, implementing, and managing training and development programs (internal and external), in alignment with the needs of our organization and employees in order to navigate the changing needs of a evolving organization!
- E-Learning Platforms: Staying abreast of learning technologies/tools and integrate e-learning platforms and other digital tools into our training programs.
- Application Management: You will support in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and providing support to applicants throughout our recruitment process in order to get the best of the best candidates!
- Stakeholder Management : Communication with external training providers and internal stakeholders to manage training offerings effectively, provide feedback and ensure quality.
- People Management: Involvement in various HR projects and initiatives (support the Onboarding/Offboarding process, maintenance of our intranet, etc.) in order to ensure the further development of our domain.
