Responsibilities:
- A passion in cultivating people’s potential, organizational prowess, exceptional communication skills, and a knack for building meaningful interpersonal connections.
- Minimally a NITEC in any engineering discipline.
- Mandatory to be ACLP/ACTA certified.
- Someone with ITE Train-the-Trainer or ITE Advanced Certified Industry Trainer would be highly regarded.
- Proficiency in delivering stand-up training both in classroom and on-site settings is quintessential.
