We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Training Lead to join our team. The Training lead will
be responsible for developing and implementing training strategies, plans, and content to meet the
organizations objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design,
curriculum development, and training delivery and will play a key role in designing, implementing,
and managing comprehensive training programs to support the effective use of ServiceNow across
our organisation.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Understanding/experience of ServiceNow platform capabilities and functionalities is strongly desired.
  • Experience developing and implementing training strategies, plans, and content.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • and deadlines.
  • Instructional design skills with proficiency in designing and delivering a variety of training materials and methods.
  • Superior skills in stakeholder management at mid to senior org levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills including proactive management of risks and project delays.
  • Experience in building capability plans and competency frameworks.
  • Understanding of instructional design and development principles.
  • Experience in leading and guiding small, matrixed, virtual project teams.
  • A curious, creative, collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and define training priorities and objectives.
  • Lead the design and development of innovative training solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of different user groups.
  • Facilitate instructor-led training sessions, workshops and webinars for end-users, administrators and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct train-the trainer sessions and provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators.
  • Create engaging & interactive training materials, user guides and job aids.
  • Monitor training performance and effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  • Analyze training data and metrics to identify trends and insights.
  • Ensure compliance with training standards, policies, and procedures.
