Training Manager (Beauty | Facial)

My client - one of the most prestigious spa in Singapore that focuses on serving premium clienteles, is looking for a Facial Spa Training Manager. This role promises good remuneration (higher than market average) and dynamic culture and work environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for educating a team of beauty therapists with skin care facial

treatments knowledge and hands-on skills

• Develop training materials, SOPs, class presentations and training programmes
• Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions, demonstrating the different

facial treatment techniques

• Provide orientation training to new therapists
• Conduct follow-ups after orientation to ensure new therapists meet the required

standards

• Conduct in-shop training as and when required
• Evaluate and provide feedback on therapist’s performance
• Provide guidance when therapist faces learning / performance difficulties
• Be equipped with updated knowledge of spa facial techniques

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field
• Minimum 5 years training experience in facial/spa industry preferred
• Hands-on experience in facial/spa would be a plus
• Basic software skills (MS Word, Powerpoint)
• Fluent in both English & Mandarin as training sessions will be conducted in both

languages

• High hygiene and grooming standards
• Communication skills, ability to listen and give clear guidelines
• Willing to learn continuously and transmit knowledge
• Positive and genuine attitude with excellent human relation skills
