JOB SUMMARY
Nua Healthcare Services (Nua) is one of Ireland’s leading Private Healthcare Providers, specialising in Residential and Supported Living Services, to both Children and Adults with a range of complex support needs.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Manager to join our dynamic team at Nua Healthcare. The person will make significant contributions to the achievement of all training activities, practices, and goals aimed at cultivating a high-performance culture focused on employee empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards, as well as the continuous development of our skilled and talented workforce.
SKILLS REQUIREMENT
- Knowledge of standards and legislation relevant to the area.
- Train the trainer Qualification.
- 5 Years’ experience in similar level as Training Specialist role.
- Experience in creating and developing training programme at a high-end level to that of standard of FETAC/Further Education.
- Experience as a Tutor/Educator.
