Description:

The Training Manager’s main role is to build SEAONICS Academy to cover essential training needs within the organization, developing training plans, and implementing various training methods and effective training programs to improve skills, productivity, and quality of work. It also includes identifying, coordinate and conduct training for our service partners and customers globally.
A key focus is to commercialize training and build a product portfolio to secure future revenues for SEAONICS Academy according to budget.
The position reports to the Head of Global Services and Upgrades.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant higher technical education, experience can compensate for formal education
  • Good technical understanding of control systems, electro and automation
  • Field experience from lift- and handling equipment is an advantage
  • Strong in Microsoft office suite
  • Strong commercial understanding
  • Excellent English, oral and written

Responsibilities:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for SEAONICS Academy and training facilities
  • Responsible for development and implementation of courses and training for SEAONICS customers and personnel (new and existing)
  • Deliver training and certification programs for customers, service partners and SEAONICS personnel (i.e. support and service engineers).
  • Develop complete course packages (e-learning and classroom) in collaboration with product/discipline specialists and other departments.
  • Develop and offer training courses quotations to customers based on their needs. Follow-up with customer
  • Maintain overview of competence and further development requirements
  • Coordinate training and maintain HSE routines and processes
  • Build SEAONICS Academy as a revenue stream for SEAONICS for existing and new customers with a defined commercial model
