We are currently looking for a Training manager who will help us to develop our onboarding and training system for our educational team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in L&D/T&D (in-house)
  • Experienced (skilled) in designing and delivering the Training programs
  • Proficiency in English Spanish is a must
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, a team player & builder with an eye for detail
  • Highly organized, result oriented with the ability to be flexible with hours, days off, assignments and additional duties.

What you will do::

  • Developing & implementing various training programs to meet identified needs & ensure students service quality
  • Develop specific training and conduct them to improve service performance
  • Create and conduct basic training programms for linear management
  • Measures transfer of learning from training courses to the operation. Regularly conducts spot checks and implements effective means of measuring, monitoring and evaluating the success of training programs
  • Conducts & evaluates all onboarding and on-the-job training
  • Build training policies, procedures, and internal knowledge bases
  • Prepares the Annual Training Plan and monitors its actualization
  • Review student’s feedback with the leadership team and ensure appropriate corrective action is taken
