Description:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field of study -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
  • 3+ years of adult education and adult learning experience
  • 3+ years of experience training business units

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Completion of advanced-level educational program in adult learning, teaching, presentation skills, Microsoft Office Suite, learning technology, project management, and change management
  • 3+ years of experience in training for sales and account management
  • 3+ years of experience using technology to create self-service training methods and repositories
