TRAINING MANAGER

Job Description
The Leadership Institute is a registered Private Educational Institute (PEI) in Singapore, and we are currently looking for a Training / Quality Manager for our Programmes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience managing WSQ and SSG programmes and training an asset
• DACE/DDDLP and ACTA/ACLP required
• Knowledge of TPGateway and TMS (such as Skilleto)
• Must be a fast learner with new SSG requirements and systems
• Degree preferred but not required. Minimum GCE A levels or Polytechnic Diploma
• Independent worker and self-starter
• Able to lead teams when necessary
• Must be tactful and respectful

1. Organisational representation for SkillsFuture Singapore and The Institute of Banking & Finance training and learner compliance and correspondence

2. Trainer Management and Scheduling:

• Experience managing a team of diverse associate trainers and teachers
• Lead the recruitment and training of trainers and teachers
• Schedule trainers and teachers for classes
• Ensure trainer quality during class time to ensure that SSG funding requirements are met

1. Marketing Agent Management:

• Liaise with agents for class schedules and learner list
• Onboard new agents to our SOPs on their learner registration
• Ensure agent compliance with SSG WSQ marketing standards and guidelines
• In-house marketing team management

1. SSG TPQA, CPE ERF and EduTrust, and IBF Compliance

• Full responsibility for Learner registration and compliance for filing with SSG
• Oversee class registration via Skilleto and TPGateway for compliance
• Ensure all documents are filed as per our Quality Manual and SSG for audit purposes
• Attendance taking, SSG and Learner’s payment collection compliance
• Training grant submissions and tracking of disbursements
• Full filing and documentation of processes
• Ensure SSG TPQA Compliance
• Responsible for TPQA and ERF audit compliance
• Responsible for EduTrust application

1. LMS & eLearning Management

• Ensure that trainer and admin check if learners meet their required eLearning hours on time
• Ensure that admin enrol learners into the eLearning LMS

1. Train and mentor junior team members
