About the role
As a Training Specialist for Trussmatic’s machinery you will be guiding client companies’ personnel on utilizing fully automatic production lines that Trussmatic provides. Your work tasks are essentially split between working in Finland, and working while travelling.
As Trussmatic’s clients are largely based abroad, this position includes travelling for around 100 days per year. The duration of a single trip might vary, but most commonly a single tripe will take around 4 weeks.

We are looking for

• Technical educational background and / or experience from a related field
• Fluency in English language, Finnish is considered advantageExperience in a travelling position is seen advantageous

WORK TASKS IN FINLAND:

• Learning Trussmatic’s products, services
• Creating and improving training material for the upcoming trips
• Remote customer support & remote training of machinery
• Bring clients’ and your own feedback into product development and R&DFormentioned work tasks in Finland do not require physical presence in Lahti or Tampere office spaces - however this is required during the orientation period, for a few months at the start.

WORK TASKS DURING A TRIP:

• Training client company’s operators on using Trussmatic’s machinery & software on-site
• Illustrating most common issues and fixes, how to recover from issues
• Possibly training other personnel as well

TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE, YOUR PERSONAL SKILLS ARE:

• Structured, as you will be instructing and training client personnel, your pedagogical skills are also valued
