Training Specialist (Product Trainer)

Our client is one of the global leaders in the gaming industry, specializing in the areas of design, development and manufacture of gaming systems and products. In this role as a Product Trainer, the successful incumbent will be involved in training and support for both internal and external clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare, develop and update course work, training materials, demos, presentation slides etc
• Timely facilitation of internal and external training classes and forums etc, both on and off-site
• Be involve in presentations
• Adhere to required ISO standards, processes and procedures
• Involve in entire project life cycle – from initiation to completion/successful roll out
• Testing of new releases of software to ensure they meet market requirements and provide feedback on the test cases
• Develop / maintain excellent working relationships with clients across various levels

• Maintain excellent understanding of the company’s system products and the gaming industry standardsOther related duties as assigned

DESIRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS SETS

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2-3 years or more of relevant experience in system product training
• Prior working experience in the Gaming industry
• Knowledge of analytics and basics of SQL query
• Excellent communication skills with a good degree of problem resolution skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Highly motivated and willingness to learn and growMust be open to travel (Asia Region) as and when required and for extended periods
