Are you an experienced underwriter with a passion for teaching and developing others? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
We are looking for an experienced Property & Casualty Underwriter, to join the Chubb Global Learning team as a Training Specialist. In this role, you will have the chance to share your expertise by facilitating classes for new Global Property & Casualty (P&C) Underwriters. You will be responsible for teaching everything from insurance fundamentals to contract knowledge, delivering referrals, and ensuring adherence to Underwriting guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitates 3-5 classes a week to ensure Global P&C Underwriting new hires can complete core functions after completing the curriculum.
- Facilitates sessions where live work is completed by new underwriters ensuring Underwriting standards/guidelines are adhered.
- Designs classes for Global P&C Underwriters, ensuring learning solutions align with the business needs, are practical and facilitate an impactful learning experience.
- Designs support materials for learners to reinforce content and drive manager engagement.
- Collects, evaluates, and acts on learning metrics that are both qualitative and quantitative.
- Leverages foundational insurance expertise to facilitate classes across multiple lines of business.
- Considers the learner’s experience when designing/structuring learning material and classes.
- Works with the Global Learning Strategies Managers to implement learning solutions for appropriate audiences.
- Utilizes Chubb Talent Experience (CTX) to track and measure learning solutions, determine how material is being received and identify opportunities to adjust material based on findings.
