JOB DESCRIPTION:

QQada HR Consulting is looking for a talented Training Specialist to join our team. The Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our clients’ workforce.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a consulting or corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of individuals at all levels of an organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and e-learning authoring tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to assess training needs and develop customized training solutions.
  • Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and multimedia content.
  • Facilitate training sessions on various topics, such as diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), leadership development, communication skills, and technical competencies.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Provide individual coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and development objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Assist in the development of training policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling, venue selection, and participant registration.
