Job Details:

  • Mastering of all Training Software used for Virtual Simulation Training in Armour Simulation Centre. *
  • Conduct Training (New/ Currency) for Full Time and Part Time Training Support Operators on the Training Software used in Armour Simulation Centre.
  • Qualify Training Support Operators (TSO) by conducting assessment (Before/ During deployment). Upkeep of Staff’s Training Records for Competency Tracking and Deployment Purpose.
  • Support in developing/ updating new training plan and syllabus to operate Training Software used for Virtual Simulation Training in Armour Simulation Centre.
  • Coordinates with Training Executive on the TSO requirement based on customer’s request at least 1 month before the conduct of training support services.
  • Making arrangement with agencies, (Cubic business units/ Labor Supply) for Trained Full Time/ Part Time Training Support Operator to support the conduct of Training Support Services in ASC.
  • Ensure adequate TSO availability in every service support. Covering as Training Support Operator role as and when required.
  • Conduct system setup and operator check on software and hardware used for Live Simulation
  • Create Scenarios for Simulation Training,
  • Perform onsite desktop helpdesk services during conduct of Training Support Services.
  • Records of any system issues and lesson learnt for each time.
  • Maintain Archives of Newly Created Scenarios/ Exercise File used for Training.
  • Attend to system issues reported by customer, create logs and reports to Maintenance Agency when encounter faults (beyond operator) in the system. Assist in preparation of Training Lesson, Feedback and Survey during and after the conduct of Training Support Services.
  • Prepare and submit TSO deployment/ utilization monthly reports for payment closure.
  • Support in routine safety inspection, security checks and report of defects on the (facilities) used for operation.
  • Support in inventory accounting, daily snap check, monthly and annual stock take.
  • Carry out all operational activities in compliance to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and regulations while adhering to rules and regulation laid by companies and/or client.
  • Perform other duties like duty first aider, safety coordinator (when trained).
  • Perform driver roles (when possessed Class 3 and 4).
  • Perform general housekeeping duties in course of work.
  • Perform shift duties and overtime when required.
  • May require working overseas (short term up to 2 months) when required
  • Perform any other task as and when required.
  • Training (in-house and external) will be provided during employment
