Responsibilities:
- Coordinating a diverse range of tasks in national and European merger control proceedings
- Research activities and draft pleadings for applications in the context of such merger control proceedings
- Coordinating of fact-finding in antitrust proceedings
- Evaluating documents/evidence in major national and international proceedings in antitrust and civil law as well as in internal audits (E-Searches)
- Multifaceted involvement within corporate transactions (M&A), financing mandates and real estate transactions
- Drafting and reviewing transaction documents (such as confidentiality agreements and powers of attorney) and preparing corporate legal documents
- Due diligence review and coordinating teams in our own offices and international partner law firms
