Your Tasks

  • We rely on you to take on responsibility to manage the global payments and cash management (PCM) relationship for a portfolio of international corporate clients.
  • As the main contact for seamlessly functioning PCM relationships, you take the lead in ensuring end-to-end customer satisfaction as well as growing the existing PCM business relationships – shining with your communication and advisory skills, customer intuition, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • This means that through analyses, thoroughly monitoring of portfolio revenues, and client consultations and visits, you always know exactly where we stand in terms of service levels, customer requirements, and volumes.
  • As a result, you will proactively and directly engage with your clients, identify cross-sell opportunities and liaise internally with Transaction Services (TS) Sales, Relationship Management, TS product and process managers and the Client Loyalty teams responsible for day-to-day client support.
  • For a new request for proposal (RFP) from your client, the Deal team also consults you to gather vital customer information and involves you in the process.
  • Through your participation in (international) projects and your keen eye for changes, e.g. also in compliance and risk policies, you stay informed and can incorporate topics in your client meetings.
  • It goes without saying that you always act in accordance with KYC guidelines and as the “Voice of the Customer”, you convey client requests to the organisation.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in customer-facing role and advising large multinational clients in payments & cash management solutions
  • Strong understanding of payments & cash management products and solutions, ideally supplemented by knowledge in trade finance
  • Passion for direct customer contact and consideration of customer needs and requirements
  • Proficient in operational and commercial opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail as well as teamwork spirit
  • Excellent communication skills, openness to new ideas, and a sense of responsibility
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
