• Preparation and execution of real estate transactions (purchases and sales of properties)
• Independent structuring and support of transaction processes (business case calculation, financial data review, legal structure)
• Coordination of external service providers
• Independent conduct of negotiations
• Interface to internal and external partners (law firms, technical advisers, agencies)
  For this position we offer a market-compliant salary of EUR 3.900 gross per month. However, an overpay is possible according to qualification and experience.
