Description:
TRANSFER AGENCY CONSULTANT – LIMERICK
Gibbs Hybrid is looking for an accomplished Transfer Agency Consultant to join the TA and Client Services Team. You will be responsible for managing multiple clients and ensuring that the Transfer Agency service is maintained as per the defined tasks outlined in the Client Service Centre Model. The department provides a third party fund administration service to numerous fund management companies covering the full range of shareholder servicing functions including dealing, registration, settlements, distributions, commissions and statements. You will be required onsite 3 days a week in Limerick office.
- Attend client meetings with the appropriate operational representatives
- Prepare presentations for operational or due diligence meetings
- Responsibility for vetting all incident reports prior to release and ensuring all items are added to the daily client incident logs.
- Manage client issues ensuring appropriate resolution, including regular liaison with Global Relationship Managers and other Operational Managers to provide a seamless service.
- Ensure that partner and client interactions are dealt with in a prompt professional manner at all times.
- Demonstrate client servicing skills in all interactions and maintain a positive manner.
- Strive for first contact resolution on all incoming queries.
- Respond to incoming enquiries (via phone, email, workflow, etc.) accurately, completely and in a timely manner.
- Provides leadership and guidance to staff, fostering an environment which encourages employee participation, teamwork, and communication and overall excellent Client Servicing – performance management, career development, provides input for staffing and hands on training to partners.
- Develops periodic goals for the Team, organizes the work, sets short-term priorities, monitors all activities, and ensures timely and accurate completion of the work.
