The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.

• As a client servicing agent (internal and external), playing an active role in problem solving and responding to clients promptly, in coordination with other departments.
• Responding to different requests from investors to guarantee that a quality service is provided, which meets the requirements of high-end clients.
• Providing assistance to internal requesters (clients, fund managers and other departments).
• Being actively involved in planned/ongoing improvement projects in the Client Service team.
• As a privileged intermediary for investors and clients, providing communication to ensure that client orders are recorded without error and in compliance with the clauses of the various prospectuses and with the regulations in force.
