ABOUT YOU

We believe you have experience from senior-level HR roles, preferably within MedTech and ideally in global environments. You have a university degree, preferably in HR or a related field. You are fluent in English and have experience working with labor laws in multiple countries, preferably in the USA.
But beyond the technical requirements, what matters most to us is who you are. For this role, we are looking for someone who is socially confident, excelling in networking and presentations. You should be a consultative, attentive listener, and a flexible problem-solver and maintain resilience in the face of challenges. Additionally, you are strategic in your thinking and possess a high degree of integrity.

As an HR Business Partner at Mentice, you’ll play a central role in collaboratively shaping, developing, and modernizing our HR landscape across all sites worldwide. A crucial aspect of your role will be to support managers and leaders in their efforts towards talent development, leadership, and governance to further cultivate our culture. This position is based at our headquarters in Gothenburg, reporting to our CFO. Travel is included in the role.

You will be responsible for:

• Creating and driving Mentice’s global leadership forums
• Transforming and enhancing structures and processes for recruitment, performance reviews, and salary revisions
• Supporting strategic decisions with HR data and analyses
