Description:
Business and Transformation Programme Lead: Adults’ Children’s and Ambulatory Services
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior business and transformation leader to join our team in Adults’, Children’s and Ambulatory Services (ACA).
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of a range of transformation, reporting and governance improvements as well as general business development functions and programmes across the ACA Directorate.
You will have extensive business management, transformation and project management experience in a large complex organisation, preferably in a health care or health service environment. This will include the design, development, implementation and management of change, turning ideas into practice and the ability to demonstrate the benefits of business management in a multiple stakeholder environment and experience of delivering transformation projects in to “business as usual”.
You will work with other managers and directors to support the delivery of corporate and directorate targets and objectives including all KPIs. You will have demonstrable experience of managing and leading multiple projects and ensuring that the highest standards are delivered.
