Description:

This is an exciting new role for an experienced Transformation and Project Manager to join our leadership team in Specialist Psychological Therapies Service (SPS). The successful candidate will have experience of successfully leading transformation programmes and leading teams/ services to deliver high quality and timely care for the diverse communities in Newham.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Transformation and Project manager with experience of health or social care in a clinical or non-clinical capacity with demonstrable experience of leading transformation to reflect local and national strategy. You will have experience of Lean principles and Six-Sigma, PRINCE 2 or other continuous improvement qualifications. You will have excellent time management skills and have the ability to work to both regular and sometimes tight deadlines.
Using complex project management skills and utilising a whole system approach the post holder will use their knowledge and expertise in order to lead on the development, design, implementation and sustainability of complex systems of change and transformation.
The Transformation and Project Manager will develop, design and implement service improvements and associated organisational development to ensure the wider workforce is able to contribute and is fit for future requirements.
