This role will play a crucial part in leading our organization through significant changes as we deploy new technologies and processes. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing coaching and support to foster a transformational culture. Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of the people side of change associated with the deployment of new technologies and processes within the organization.
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies focusing on communication, training, and support to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of the change on employees and to develop strategies to manage stakeholders.
- Design and deliver training sessions and workshops to develop the skills and capabilities required for the change.
- Owning ongoing system training and continuous improvement in collaboration with colleagues in the Digital & Technology business unit.
- Develop and execute communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed, engaged, and supported throughout the change process.
- Provide coaching and support to leadership and employees to foster a positive change culture.
- Work with business stakeholders to enable successful transition of processes and system ownership to Business as Usual.
- Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, specifically in terms of employee engagement, adoption, and proficiency, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure successful implementation.
