WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

The role will be responsible for supporting the ongoing delivery of the Global Revenue Operations Strategy. It will also support the wider GRO transformation function to deliver new initiatives and in delivering change in line with budget and quality expectations.
The role will be pivotal in keeping key stakeholders engaged in the change processes and ensuring work is managed effectively in line with deadlines. The role will also support the Transformation Consulting Senior Manager in the effective delivery of local change into the Global Revenue Operations teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and lead analysis on business requirements for projects and workstreams
• Responsible for outlining problems, opportunities and solutions to key stakeholders
• Investigation of the business area and processes to gain wide understanding of the scope of functionality being delivered.
• Status Reporting including risk and issues.
• Capturing key requirements and documenting end to end process
• Finding and owning Solutions, able to identify best in class solutions to technically challenging issues
• Communicates effectively with other Project resources, on progress of tasks and identification of risks / issues that may affect the smooth progression of the projects.
• Act as role model championing the values and brand for Worldpay at all times
